MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe that psychotherapy has the ability to enhance the quality of one's life. It allows people to become more consciously aware, more loving to and accepting of themselves and others, and to experience life more fully, living with joy, confidence, and compassion. The therapeutic relationship is a fundamental building block that serves to guide one's healing journey.
